How do I change the email address I signed up with?
To change your email address, log into the training portal and navigate to your Account Dashboard. Click on Edit Account on the left-hand menu and at the bottom of the screen there is an option to ‘Change Email Address’.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, log into the training portal and navigate to your Account Dashboard. Click on Edit Account on the left hand menu and at the bottom of the screen there is an option to ‘Change Password’.
How do I access my course certificate?
To access your course certificates log into the training portal and navigate to your Account Dashboard. Click on My Certificates on the left-hand menu.
How do I change the name on my course certificate?
If you need to change your name on your course certificate please email us at training@stem4.org.uk stating your name and email address and the name change you request.
I would like to purchase course places for my organisation
If you would like to purchase access to a course for multiple users please get in touch with us at training@stem4.org.uk. We will invoice you and you will then receive system discount coupons to distribute to your users.
I cannot afford to pay for the course, are there any free places available? How do I access a free place?
stem4 is a small charity dedicated to assisting young people and supporting those who work with them. Charging for our training courses helps sustain our charity and allows us to provide more services to young people in need. If you find a training course that would benefit you but cannot afford the fee, we offer a limited number of free places. Please email training@stem4.org.uk with the subject line ‘FREE PLACE,’ specifying the course of interest and explaining your situation. One of our team members will get in touch to discuss further.
How do I get a refund?
Refer to Section 14 of the Terms of Supply on the website.
What resources will I have access to?
Once you have enrolled on a course, the Resources will be listed on the course page.
